aftercare

30 minutes after the treatment rinse the eyebrows with warm water and cotton pad. Remove all the lymph and previously applied cream by doing so. After that apply a very thin layer of cream supplied by your technician.
Repeat this procedure 3 to 5 times during the day. If the treatment was done late in the afternoon and you do not have time to do it 3 to 5 times, put a plastic wrap over the eyebrows you previously applied the cream on, so that you protect the eyebrows from drying and wiping overnight.
In the next 7 days, maintain facial hygiene and apply the cream after washing your face or having a shower. Cream can be used on all skin types, due to its natural active components that regulate oiling.

During the first 7 days all the creams (except for the protective one), all make-up (foundation) in the eyebrow area.

Avoid in the next 30 days:

  • Workouts that involve a lot of sweating

  • Sauna, facial massage and steaming – inhalation

  • Swimming

  • Sun tanning or salon tanning

  • Chemical peelings, fruit acids, microdermabrasion

  • Picking, peeling, or scratching of the micro pigmented area in order to avoid scarring of the area or removal of the pigment

Always avoid laser treatments over the treated area (fraxel laser, IPL), because they can destroy the pigment and cause burns.
Use of antibiotics and hormonal therapy can lead to a faster pigment fading. Always protect the eyebrows from the sun with SPFs (not during the first 7 days).
In theory, Colour should last from 3 to 5 years.

However if we take into consideration all the factors:

  • Sun, solarium, and other strong sources of light

  • All the abrasive facial treatments that damage the skin and speed up the process of cell regeneration (fruit acids, chemical peelings, mezzo therapies, laser treatments, etc.)

  • Active ingredients creams, creams containing fruit acids, etc.

  • Bacterial inflammations in the area of facial skin.

Colour will last about a year. Clients with problematic skin types should refresh colour after 7 to 8 months.

Inserted pigment is very dark during the first 5 to 7 days. 7 days later, it loses up to 40% of its intensity. If you think that pigment is too dark, do not try to fade it by yourself. Be patient, first wait for 7 days until it fades away naturally. For how long the pigment will be retained mostly depends on the skin oiliness. The oilier the skin is the shorter pigment retention is. Sweating and sun exposure also affect pigment retention.

The entire healing process will take from 4-6 weeks depending on your body regeneration and age. Your new eyebrows will go through several phases during the healing cycle.
